DIY Strawberry Shortcake

The nice weather is totally different from the last few days, with sunshine and warmth. The mood really drove me to make something refreshing, and I finally decided to make a strawberry shortcake. Let's get started.

DIY Madeira Muffins

Madeira cake is a classic English sponge cake. In Victorian England, it is served with Madeira wine and that's what the name of this cake was taken from. Nowadays, it is often served with tea or liqueurs, perfect for breakfast or tea-time treat.

Snow Finally Arrived

No snow until the end of January. It's a surprise for me. Snow is ok, but I hate it when it melts because it's slippery and dirty.

Not anything much to say today. I'm too busy with school right now, but because I promise I will write one about Australian Open so I will go straight to the point about what I feel this year about Ausralian Open. 

New Year's Resolutions

Too late for one, but consider that it's just two weeks from the beginning of the year and there are lots of months and weeks and days to come, I'm gonna write my resolutions for 2014. I usually don't write this stuffs, but it's because right after the school began a new year my teacher gave a lecture about it and also I want some motivations to overcome myself.
